Rich Hernandez is versatile musician who is pursuing a solo career that comprises many musical styles ranging from instrumental ballads to salsa and Latin jazz.

His music influences are many; they range from Roberto Roena, Santana, Roberto Carlos, Al DiMeola, George Benson, and James Taylor.

His music career highlights includes playing with Los Lopez a well known band of tropical music in the town of Rincon, P.R., as well as, playing with recognized musicians such Tito Nieves, Bobby Cruz, and Ray Vega from the Tito Puente Orchestra.
